Residential - DevelopmentsApartments and Student Accommodation

Our extensive experience of residential developments includes the following:

We are currently working on a development in Benwell, Newcastle consisting of 7no. townhouses and 5no. apartments which is due for completion in 2018. 

A 120 bedroom student accommodation building was completed in 2016 following the successful completion of several refurbishment and new-build student accommodation projects for our client, A1 Alpha Properties.

An Outline Planning Application has been submitted for a housing development of circa 59no. new build houses in Easington, Co. Durham.
