In Summer 2015, Stokesley Academy School appointed us to upgrade and refurbish two of their original 1960s school buildings which were in poor condition and lacking in energy efficiency.
- Full façade replacement with high performance curtain walling and rainscreen cladding.
- Internal reconfiguration and finishes.
- Suspended ceiling and new LED lighting installations.
With the assistance of Northpoint Architects and Infusion Support Ltd, the Academy Trust successfully applied for Government funding through the Education Funding Agency (EFA) Condition Improvement Fund (CIF) scheme.
Construction works were completed in 2017 and in spring 2018, it was announced that another project has been successfully granted CIF funding for refurbishment works to the PE changing areas and gym.

"We recently used Northpoint Architects to prepare project specifications for two successful EFA CIF bids and two further bids have now been submitted. From the very first contact they have been extremely professional and knowledgeable whilst also being flexible and understanding of our needs.
The programme of work was always kept to often tight deadlines, communication was excellent, and the service provided was extremely keenly priced - all essential for busy schools juggling multiple demands and budgetary constraints.
We look forward to continuing to work with Northpoint Architects on future projects, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other schools and academies."
